Lincolnshire Area British Caravanners Club Meets 2025
All site opening and closing times are: 12 noon open 12 pm close unless otherwise stated for individual meets. For further information please contact the steward in the first instance. If no steward is listed, please contact the sites officer 07717825586. You can also follow Lincolnshire Area on Facebook for up to date information or visit the Lincolnshire BCC website. Lincolnshire area BCC cannot accept responsibility for routes taken when following sat navs. At all area meets up to and including 5 day meets all refuse is to be taken home. Failure to do so will result in increased site fees.. .
Lincolnshire BCC Stewards Incentive Scheme 2024
As from January 2023 Lincolnshire BCC will offer extra free camping to volunteer stewards.
For every 2 nights of stewarding a free camping night will be offered (in addition the the free meet camping) or temporary holiday Sites for every 7 days stewarding 2 free nights will be offered.
Free camping nights can be used at any Lincolnshire BCC meet over the following 12 months.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Lincolnshire Area of the British Caravanners Club will be held at Tattershall Village Hall on the 22nd March 2025 at 16:00 for 16:30 promp start. Membership cards must be shown.
Notices of motions must be sent to Mrs V Cheseldine,6 Lissett Close, Doddington Park, Lincoln, LN6 0SY in writing 60 days prior to the meeting. All nominations for committee must be with the above mentioned officer 14 days prior to the meeting. Please note each member must show a valid membership card to gain entry to the meeting

AREA AGM From Sleaford Bypass A17 turn left onto A153 signposted Horncastle stay on road into tyhe centre of Tattershall .Turn left onto Lodge Road 200 yrds site on right behind the village hall. Social Friday and Saturday evening. AGM Saturday 16:00 for prompt 16:30 start. C&CC membership cards must be shown.
Hall open Friday night for social gathering.Hall open Saturday PM with tea and coffee.
Evening meal of jacket potato with choice of fillings. Quiz ,Bingo and Raffle

Marton Village Hall
Take the A156 Gainsborough to Lincoln turn right at the church in the village. Village hall on the left. Site is on the playing field. Site close to Gainsborough. Hall open Friday and Saturday evening for social.

Home Farm , Tetford
From Horrncastle take A156 towards Skegness then take first left signposted Tetford. In Tetford turn right at the keep left signs, follow the road take the next right signposted Sommersby. The site is on the right. Picturesque quite site in the heart of AONB Lincolnshire Wolds. Good walking from site, close to Horncastle and Louth .Get together in the barn Saturday and Sunday evenings.

From Spalding take the A1175 into Deeping St Nicholas after railway crossing turn right into site. 6 miles fron Spalding town centre, bus stop200 yrds from site. Spalding Tulip Carnival dates to follow. Keep up to date on Lincolnshire BCC Facebook or Web

Willows Farm Fruits Chapel st Leonards Temporary Holiday Site
Lincolnshire Area BCC invite all units to Willows Farm Fruits. 2 miles from the local attractions of Ingoldmells with its famous market and Fantasy Island theme park, Hardys animal farm and jump warriors amongst many other attractions. A further 3 miles down the road is the busy seaside town of Skegness. in the other direction are the quieter seaside towns of Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. The site is also close to the AONB Lincolnshire Wolds with its numerous market towns. There is a hourly bus route from outside the gate that will take you either to Skegness or Mablethorpe. the site is a lovery flat sheltered spot. A 15 minute walk from the site will have you to the beautiful sandy beach of Chapel st Leonards.
From Ingoldmells take the A52 towards Mablethorpe look for BCC signs.

Within 7 miles of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Loverly quiet site. From Louth take the A157 ,site on right in the centre of the village opposite the old chaple.

From Newark showground roundabout take the A1133 for approximatelyv4 miles, 500 yards after railway crossing the site is on the left. Social Friday and Saturday evening in the clubhouse. Close to village facilities, bus stop outside gate with regular route to Newark.

From Ulceby Cross roundabout towards Alford and at the Church turn right onto B1196 and follow the road 0.75 miles then turn right onto Well High lane the site is on the right. Hall open for social Friday and all day Saturday
